Rates are per month and include utilities, Wi-Fi and cleaning of shared areas. Availability changes weekly; ask for the current list when you enquire.

Paying rent and deposits
- What does the monthly rate include?
- Heat, hydro, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, use of the shared kitchen, and fortnightly cleaning of the shared areas. One payment, one date. There is no separate utilities bill.
- What is due before I move in?
- First and last month's rent, which is the standard deposit arrangement under Ontario law. We do not charge a separate damage deposit, because in Ontario a landlord cannot.
- How do I pay?
- Interac e-Transfer or pre-authorised debit from a Canadian account. If you are arriving from abroad we can arrange the first payment by international transfer and set up the rest once your bank account is open.
