   Two minutes. We need your dates and a way to reach you; everything else is optional.

   We reply with what is free

   One to two business days, with the actual rooms available on your dates and photographs of them.

3. 03

   You view it

   In person or over video. You see the specific room, not a show suite.

4. 04

   We send the agreement

   Signed electronically. First and last month's rent secures it. Nothing else is due.
